I have set up this website to help anyone who would like to gain access to free advice upon whether they can place a personal injury claim after suffering injury through no fault of their own. Whether you have had an accident at work or been injured in a road traffic accident all types of injury can be advised upon. Sometimes this process can be long winded and daunting but I try to provide a personal one to one service which makes life much easier. I start by taking the initial details of the incident and how you have been injured. Then I refer you to a professional and supportive solicitor, who will contact you FREE OF CHARGE to discuss with you one to one if you are entitled to receive any compensation. The Solicitor will also advise about ‘NO WIN NO FEE’ claims, (although in some cases charges can occur so please ask your solicitor if No Win No Fee is available).. The solicitor who contacts you will also advise upon what else you can claim for e.g. loss of earnings. Any solicitor who contacts you will be registered with the Law Society which is a necessary requirement.
